We understand that buying vintage and antique items online can be a leap of faith. We want to make that as worry free for you as possible by offering 7-Day Returns on any item you purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition as received and we will process your refund within 2 business days. All returns must be authorized in advance via email at hiddengemsportland@gmail.com with your order number included. We will provide a return shipping address and further instructions. Return shipping, except in the case of listing inaccuracy, is the responsibility of the buyer.
