Shipping policy

Hidden Gems ships both domestically and internationally. Orders will be carefully packed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by carrier and location, but generally can be expected within 5-10 days of shipping. Expedited shipping can be accommodated upon request prior to purchase.

We take extra care shipping fragile items by double boxing and using extra padding when necessary. This can slightly increase shipping costs, but gives your unique purchase the best possible chance at a successful journey to your door. Shipping insurance and signature confirmation can be purchased at cost to the buyer and is recommended for high value and irreplaceable items. Complimentary insurance in the value of $100 is placed on all USPS shipments.

In the event that a package arrives damaged, we advise you to take photos of the package as received before opening. Photograph all damage and contact us within 48 hours and we will determine a course of action.
