6" Fulper Stangl Teal Turquoise Glaze Bowl Art Deco Period Bowl
This bowl by Fulper dates to the transition period between Fulper & Stangl in the 1920's. It has both the Fulper racetrack logo and a secondary shield with FS inside. It has beautiful teal glaze on the outside with off white on the inside. Even the foot rim is glazed indicating it was held off the bottom of the kiln when fired. I am not able to find a similar piece, so it may have been an experimental low production volume item. It has no cracks and minor wear to the edge as shown in the photos.
